IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON LODGING

BOOK NOW.  DON’T HESITATE OR DELAY!

We strongly recommend booking your room early to ensure that you are part of our group's reserved block of rooms.  The Republican National Committee (RNC) is holding its convention in Milwaukee, WI, the same week as the SPIAA 72^nd Annual Training  Conference.  While our venue, Blue Harbor Conference Center and Resort, is not part of the current RNC group of hotels, we expect that overflow rooms needed by the RNC attendees will be at hotels in the Sheboygan area.  Therefore, lodging availability cannot be guaranteed once the SPIAA block is reserved. Although the cutoff date for making reservations is June 14, 2024, don’t delay.

Visit https://rez1.blueharborresort.com/#/roomsBooking/group/SPIAA and follow the instructions below to book your room. The online code is SPIAA.

1. All room types within the group will be displayed in blue. Click on the type that you prefer.
2. Enter the exact dates of your stay, enter the number of adults and children, and hit continue.
3. A booking summary will take you to the guest profile and payment option.
4. Rates in the booking summary include taxes and resort fees but not added services (such as spa, etc.).
5. You may add a second room or spa service to your booking at this time using the buttons at the bottom of the page. (For additional rooms on the same booking, scroll down and click “Show Group Booking” at the bottom of the page to navigate back to our specific block-SPIAA).
6. Click Pay Now and follow the prompts.

You can also call the resort at 1-866-701-2583 to book by phone or with any questions. Just be sure to refer to our group, the Southern Police Institute Alumni Association-SPIAA.  The cutoff date for making reservations is June 14, 2024. The discounted rate is not guaranteed once the rooms have been filled or after the cutoff date.

The conference registration link will be available soon, but we wanted to give you the opportunity to secure your lodging as soon as possible.  Keep checking the website, SPIAA.org, for updates and information on the 72^nd SPIAA Annual Training Conference.
