Shipping Exhibitor Material to the Hotel

The Hotel is not responsible for any arrangements or expenses associated with the shipping of items to or from the Hotel. The Hotel must be notified (5) business days in advance of the packages being shipped to the Hotel and must include include the following information on the shipping label:

The hotel does not provide linens, and all tables feature metallic tops. Table skirts are available upon request; however, exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own branded table coverings. The hotel’s AV partner, Encore, can provide power strips and extension cords for rental at a rate of $36 per day.
